Scouts, if you complete a training course (specifically completed merit badge blue cards), it is your responsibility to submit the information to Mrs. Noren. You do this by copying the front and back of the training card you receive onto a sheet of paper and sticking it in Mrs. Noren's tray at a meeting. It does not need any other signatures. If you completed training recently and your name was not listed in the most recent COH program, then Mrs. Noren didn't receive a record of your training completion.
